Your duty:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, whether face-to-face, over the phone, social media or by email, promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about our services, treatment options, prices, and any promotions or packages available.
  • Responsible for recording and monitoring service complaints until completion and inform customers from time to time of developments on customer complaints.
  • Understand the various treatments and services offered by the clinic to recommend treatment additions or products that effectively align with customer needs and wants.
  • Provide consultation on appropriate aesthetic treatments and procedures based on needs individual customers.
  • Educate clients about the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of various aesthetic treatments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide the best customer service and attend to any questions or concerns from customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explanations to potential customers.
  • proactively looking for potential customers to increase sales of aesthetic services.

What you will need:

  • SKM certified individuals are most welcomed to join (Optional)
  • Passionate about learning new skills.
  • Attentive and enjoys listening to the customer and helping them to achieve their beauty goals.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is preferable.
  • Experience with laser treatments is a bonus.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
