  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who's ready to build our marketing team and strategy from the ground up — while still being in the trenches, executing high-performing campaigns across all major platforms.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and execute full-funnel digital campaigns — Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, SEO, website, retargeting
  • Build the marketing department from scratch — hire, train, and lead a lean, agile team
  • Develop and manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and nurture flows
  • Create and refine marketing performance dashboards; monitor KPIs & ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for aligned go-to-market efforts
  • Bring new ideas to the table — and bring them to life, fast
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activity

What You Will Need:

  • 4 - 6 years of B2B digital marketing experience (training industry is a plus).
  • Strong hands-on skills across paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proven experience in building or leading a lean marketing team.
  • Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email automation (Mailchimp/HubSpot), Canva, etc.
  • Analytical, strategic, and execution-focused — you thrive both planning and doing.
  • Curious, creative, and passionate about performance.
