Description
As we continue to grow our business, we are excited to be recruiting for a Payroll Consultant to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office. We're taking a hybrid approach to office and home working with 3 days of your working week spent in the office. We have a great team, so you’ll be really well supported, and this role offers great variety and career development for the right candidate.
On a typical day, it looks like this...
- You’ll be managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end Malaysian payrolls, importing payroll information into our payroll software and maintaining payroll records
- As this is a busy bureau role, your portfolio will be varied with a range of weekly and monthly payrolls for clients with small headcounts, up to large corporate organisations
- You’ll be the focal point for your clients, managing any queries they might have and giving them fantastic customer support
- You’ll have an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team
- You’ll ensure that we are diligent and compliant with record keeping, keeping our client payroll manuals up to date and ensuring that manual checks and calculations are accurate and that we are compliant with Data Protection regulations
To be truly effective in this role, you'll bring...
- Proven experience in Malaysian Payroll processing, ideally in a bureau or accountancy environment, however if you are working in-house and are looking for a change then we’d love to hear from you
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation
- Customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with a focus on accuracy and delivery
