  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsible to :

  • Assist Project Manager/Department Superior of the project
  • Develops, and completes, monthly projected final cost and labour cost reports projections. Pre-construction Responsibilities
  • Assisting in with developer, subcontractors, municipal entity, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a timeline for delivery and completion of milestones prior to project start-up.
  • Handle sub-contractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initial scope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work.
  • Assisting in pre-construction team to prepare, review and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the budget for the project.
  • Give Project Manager's hand on project quality and safe working environment. Control project cost running at site.
  • Manage project claim and subcontractors' claims.
  • Schedule site security/amenities, subcontractors, equipment delivery, utility interconnections, and services in accordance with pre-determined construction schedule.
  • Coordinate with site and deliver all requirements for subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedules.
  • Responsible for project administration and daily operations. Prepares and maintains the project schedule, milestone dates, commissioning, and close-out checklists.
  • Handle and provide all close-out documentation to customer at completion of project. -Establishes relationships and communication tools, as needed, with suppliers and other key people to verify all materials, supplies, tools equipment and personnel are obtained and/ or delivered when necessary.
  • Conduct coordination meetings, project kick-off meeting, monthly site meetings, project team meetings, technical meetings, sub-contractors meetings, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Surveying or any related.
  • Excellent time management skill and able to work under pressure/tight deadlines and results oriented.
  • Positive working attitude, independently and hardworking.
  • Possesses strong credibility for problem solving skill, detail-oriented and committed to work and task.
  • Have driving license & Own a transport.

Duration : 12 Months
