Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management:
  • Accurately input data into company systems (e.g., project databases, financial records, or inventory systems).
  • Ensure the correct entry of client, vendor, and project details with minimal errors.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and files for various departments, including finance, procurement, and operations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and generate routine reports for internal use and review by management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all data is securely stored and easy to access when needed.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, invoices, and other documents as required by management.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control:
  • Regularly review and verify entered data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Cross-check data with source documents to ensure consistency and prevent errors.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including the project and operations teams.
  • Assist with office tasks such as printing, scanning, and photocopying as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, HR, procurement) to support data-related needs.
  • Assist in improving data entry processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous data entry experience is a plus. Knowledge of project management or construction-related data is beneficial.
  • Skills:
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data management software.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
