  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

1. System Design & Technical Review

  • Design and review fire protection systems including hydrants, sprinklers, gas suppression, and foam systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, MS, UL/FM, and local authority regulations.
  • Prepare layout drawings, system calculations, and material specifications.

2. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to align fire system design with overall M&E services.
  • Support procurement with technical specifications and vendor selection.
  • Supervise installation work and provide technical guidance on-site when required.

3. Inspection & Testing

  • Plan and witness pre-commissioning, functional testing, and final commissioning of fire systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare testing & commissioning reports and submit for authority/consultant approval.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with BOMBA or other regulatory bodies for inspections and certifications.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, BOMBA regulations, and fire system design standards.
  • Ability to read and produce fire system drawings using AutoCAD or BIM tools.
  • Good communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire protection/fire fighting systems, preferably in commercial, oil & gas, or chemical plant projects.
