  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Assistant Engineer cum Document Controller (E&I)

1. Engineering Support

  • Assist in preparing and updating E&I drawings using AutoCAD (e.g. cable routing, wiring diagrams, instrumentation layouts).
  • Support the E&I engineer in coordinating site works and technical submissions.
  • Assist with compiling material take-offs, equipment lists, and datasheets.

2. Document Control (DC)

  • Maintain proper filing and tracking of drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence related to E&I scope.
  • Ensure revision control of all E&I documents and that only latest revisions are used.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling as-built documentation, test reports, and final dossiers.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate document flow between engineering, procurement, and site teams.
  • Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for documentation requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

4. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the E&I Engineer or Project Manager related to project needs.
  • Provide support for urgent documentation updates, drawing mark-ups, or technical coordination when required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
  • Familiar with E&I drawings, basic electrical systems, and instrumentation concepts.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing and editing purposes.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and support multiple projects.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background or internships are encouraged to apply.
