Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Senior Executive/Executive to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing an assigned sector/division in the supply chain operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a proven track record in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from inventory management to distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies with alignment to company goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics, distribution, on time in full (OTIF) delivery and demand forecast / buying planning processes.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations, including food safety standards, import/export regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for further improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other related field of studies
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Chain management or as a merchant with trading function in FMCG.
  • Experience in the food & beverage (F&B) or FMCG retail chain stores industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
