About your new role!
We’re looking for a Design-led Creative Group Head to steer visual creativity across digital, retail, social, and ATL campaigns for one of Malaysia’s top telco brands. You’ll lead a team of designers, art directors, and final artists — raising the bar on visual craft while keeping creative output fast, effective, and on-brand.
This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.
What we're looking for:
Lead visual development across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic intent
6–10 years of agency experience, including team leadership

What we're looking for:

- Oversee design execution across social, digital, POSM, print, and motion Mentor and manage a team of designers and final artists to deliver high-quality creative, at speed Collaborate with copywriters, creative leads, and project managers to bring campaign ideas to life Review and refine work at every stage — from concept to final rollout Ensure efficient rollout of master creative across multiple formats and channels
6–10 years of agency experience, including team leadership
- Strong portfolio across brand, digital, and retail design Solid understanding of print and production processes Confident leading creative reviews and collaborating cross-functionally Telco or retail experience is a strong plus
- Able to balance speed, quality, and consistency in a high-volume environment
