Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our digital banking products. This role requires balancing the operational excellence of traditional banking with the innovation and agility of fintech, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The candidate will drive product innovation and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in banking products and fintech solutions is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Product Development
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Customer-Centric Design
- Design and deliver hyper-personalized product features that address diverse customer needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance user experience and engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Define and track product performance metrics (e.g., deposit growth, user engagement) to measure success and guide future enhancements.
- Use analytics to identify trends and customer behavior, iterating quickly to meet market demands.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all products comply with banking regulations, including AML, data privacy, and risk management frameworks.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to navigate regulatory challenges effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on product goals.
- Effectively communicate product updates, performance metrics, and future plans to stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in banking and/or fintech.

- Strategic Product Management: Expertise in defining product visions, roadmaps, and managing lifecycles in Agile environments.
- Banking & Fintech Expertise: Deep understanding of banking products (e.g., deposits, loans) and fintech innovations (e.g., open banking, digital payments).
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, measure success, and iterate on products.
- Customer-Centric Design: Ability to design personalized, user-friendly solutions based on customer insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
Certification
- Any certification in Product Management, Agile or Scrum is an added advantage
