Job Description :
- Proactive Client Engagement: As a intern, you'll actively reach out to clients via phone calls to address any abnormal complaints or messages, such as issues with parcel pickups or delays in service.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: You'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong and enduring partnerships with collaborating clients such as sellers.
- Task Fulfillment and Research: You'll be responsible for fulfilling tasks assigned by supervisors, which may include conducting research to gather insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Clerical Duties: In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you'll also perform various clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the department
Requirements :
- Basic proficiency in computer operations, basic proficiency in Office software.
- Strong adaptability and coordination skills, capable of independently handling urgent issues.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documenting observations and preparing reports.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must.
- 5 working days, rotational off day (Thursday & Sunday/ Friday & Saturday)
