  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and calculate utilities expenses for all Flash Malaysia Express branches.
  • Purchase and renew fire extinguisher licenses in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monthly cost control and analysis of all branch utilities expenses. Main PIC for all renovation and maintenance projects for Flash Malaysia Express including cost control and hardware performance analysis.
  • Negotiate and oversee reinstatement matters, ensuring handover is done on a timely manner.
  • Ensure operational policies, standards and workflows are carried out efficiently.
  • Assist in adhoc tasks including parcel delivery supports during peak seasons.

Job Specifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates possessing 1-2 years of experience in any related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Facilities Maintenance and/or possess basic knowledge on warehousing and distribution methods are highly preferred.
  • Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate in multiple language is an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates able to read and write in Mandarin as there will be close communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Energetic, determined and willing to learn.

Working days and hours: Mon - Sat (Sat WFH), 9am - 6pm

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
