  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee parcel collection operations across Malaysia, providing guidance and feedback on their execution, and ensuring timely departure of delivery trucks.
  • Calculate parcel collection costs and allocate orders to the most cost-effective collection methods.
  • Analyse operational anomalies, identify potential problems, and collaborate with various departments to propose improvement plans.
  • Participate in system upgrades and iterations related to parcel collection operations.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate and communicate with customers.
  • Develop emergency plans to meet customer collection needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory as the candidate is required to liaise and communicate with Mandarin Speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Logistics terms, tools, and methodologies.
  • Prior experience in the logistics industry will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Weekends Work From Home)

Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
