  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage sales activities of the company’s products and services.
  • Provide excellent service and support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Identify and develop key accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Promote products and services, including accurate documentation and sales processing.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the technical service team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market opportunities in purification, analytical instruments, and medical devices.
  • Lead and participate in professional negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including leads, contacts, accounts, and deals.
  • Prepare and arrange shipping documentation such as L/Cs, T/Ts, quotations, and sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (essential).
  • 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a Chromatography background.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and business acumen.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Car Allowance: RM 500 per month
  • Mileage Reimbursement: RM 0.70/km (from the 11th km onwards)
  • Daily Allowance: RM 50/day for outstation travel (excluding accommodation/airfare)
  • Commission:
  • 1% of net sales (equipment)
  • Up to 70% target commission (consumables, based on collection terms)
  • Hotel Allowance: Up to RM 150/night (with receipt)
  • Medical: Outpatient claim up to RM 250/month
  • Tools Provided: Company laptop
  • Other Benefits: SOCSO, EPF

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
