Job Summary:
The Technician - Mold Maintenance assumes responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the company's properties. This role ensures smooth and efficient plant operations by conducting timely servicing and repairs to prevent breakdowns that may affect production. The technician must adhere to safety and health regulations while maintaining 5S standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform startup inspections and machine inspections at defined intervals.
  • Monitor and maintain all assigned machines, equipment, and systems.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of all assigned maintenance services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Conduct necessary repair work as directed by the supervisor.
  • Prepare and update the weekly KAIZEN report.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices within the work area.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while recognizing opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and methods to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Understand and acknowledge the consequences of deviating from established procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:A. Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance jobs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using basic maintenance tools.

B. Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Willingness to work long hours if required.
  • Good eyesight and free from color blindness.
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
