  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop, write, and revise CNC programs for milling, turning, and other CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Set up CNC machines and ensure proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
  • Analyze blueprints and CAD models to determine machining strategies.
  • Optimize machining parameters to improve cycle time, reduce tool wear, and maintain quality standards.
  • Work closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control to ensure programs meet all technical and quality requirements.
  • Provide technical support to operators on machine setup and troubleshooting.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and assist in quality assurance checks.
  • Ensure parts produced meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of programs, setups, and tooling information.
  • Assist with the maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in CNC Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in G-code and experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of machining operations, materials, and tooling.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machines (mills, lathes, multi-axis machines).
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
