1. Showcase expertise in brewing techniques, with a focus on V60 pour-over method and espresso machine.
2. Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
3. Provide guidance and training to junior baristas, sharing knowledge about coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
4. Ensure quality control in every cup served and maintain high standards of presentation.
5. Actively engage with customers, offering insights into coffee, other beverages and pastries selections, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
6. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including regular cleaning and calibration.
7. Perform cleaning duties inside the bar and dining area, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment.
8. Process payments from customers with accuracy and efficiency.
9. Serve a variety of beverages and pastries, maintaining product knowledge and recommending pairings.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Barista, with a focus on mastering various brewing techniques, especially V60.
2. In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, origins, and flavor characteristics.
3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior baristas.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to perform cleaning duties with attention to detail.
6. Experience in processing payments and handling cash transactions.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during peak hours.
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
