IT Operations / Senior Executive
1. Security System Management
o Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control systems, and attendance tracking systems.
o Monitor and maintain GPS-installed company vehicles to ensure proper functioning and assist in tracking and data management.
o Ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access or system vulnerabilities.
2. Hardware Repair & Maintenance
o Maintain and manage company computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment to ensure smooth operation.
o Troubleshoot hardware failures, conduct regular inspections, and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
o Assist in the purchase, installation, and upgrading of IT equipment.
o Scope of work covers both the city administrative office and remote oil palm estates to ensure all business locations have fully operational IT equipment.
3. Network Support
o Maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure stable connectivity and secure data transmission.
o Monitor network traffic, optimize network performance, and resolve connectivity issues.
o Responsible for network support at both the city administrative office and remote oil palm estates, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity at all work locations.
4. Computer & Software Support
o Assist employees in resolving computer and software-related issues, including system installation, updates, maintenance, and user access management.
o Ensure all IT devices and software comply with company regulations and security standards.
o Support both the city administrative office and remote oil palm estates, ensuring all work sites have functional IT systems.
5. Server Management & Maintenance
o Responsible for server installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure stable performance.
o Conduct regular data backups to prevent data loss or security risks.
o Monitor server performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency.
