Senior Engineer IT Operational Services
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide client support base on Remedy Incident cases and Service Request.
- Provide second level client troubleshooting and resolution for standard, non-standard software, in-house applications and network troubleshooting on client’s hardware (e.g. Desktop, notebook and printers)
- Responses to all Clients related consultation and enquiry including coaching users in utilizing standard and non-standard client hardware, software, IT peripherals.
- Support regional and global team on IT workplace service roll-out and projects
- Coordinate with internal or external vendors and/or other service providers on implementation or fault resolutions.
- Provide VIP support to leadership management whenever needed.
- Administer ad-hocs project or activities designated by team lead or management. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with business users and colleagues.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree holder or equivalent with two (2) years direct practical experience in Helpdesk or IT Infrastructure support on Windows 10 and above.
- Computer skills, including Windows and MS Office programs.
- Experience in providing enterprise level support. Demonstrates a good understanding of and possesses practical experience in IT Clients service operation.
