We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Student Services Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and passion in supporting clients/students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and access to necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional student services by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high responsiveness via written communications e.g. email, telegram, WhatsApp etc.
  • Assist in organizing and managing student courses, events, and programs while serving as a primary point of contact for student communications.
  • Maintain regular communication with students through emails, and social media, and assist with the registration process, updating student information in the CRM database.
  • Gather feedback to improve services and the overall student experience.
  • Develop understanding of products and services, collaborate with the sales team, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' needs.
  • Assist in event and other ad-hoc task when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or student support role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
