  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:-

  • Responsible for performing routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems and facilities in a strata-titled property.
  • Attend to all complaints made by residents.
  • Handle and perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-con and general maintenance work, including repairs and rectifications of defects and/or damages.
  • Ensure all work orders are completed within the time frame.
  • Maintain appropriate service and repair record.
  • Research, purchase and maintain adequate stock for equipment and suppliers.
  • Any duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Property Manager.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
