Job Description
- Comprehensive human resources management and organizational operation
- Management of personal information for all employees
- Payroll calculation, submission of payment data for various allowances, insurance, and welfare benefits, and comprehensive management
- Healthy operation and management of the entire company organization based on labor laws
- Responding to inquiries from employees and various government agencies
- Creation and updating of work regulations and various rules
- Establishment of salary tables and career advancement plans (based on the parent company's tools)
- Contact point for handling various insurance, labor accidents, incidents, and troubles at stores and the headquarters
- Establishment of management tools and management flows, and optimization of role allocation
- Development and management of subordinate personnel (initially absent)
- Establishment of a payroll system in Malaysia
Additional Responsibilities
- Establishment and management of house rules: Taking on the role of internal ethics committee chairman for rules regarding attendance, breaks, dress code, waste disposal, etc.
- Management of office supplies and equipment: Negotiation, ordering, delivery, and maintenance management of items used throughout the office, such as multifunction devices, office supplies, and business cards. *Requires ledger management
- Overall office management: Handling of equipment issues, breakdowns, troubles, maintenance, and communication with landlords, etc.
- Reception and telephone response: Handling of visitors and clients coming to the office, as well as responses to calls to the main telephone line
- Preparation and setup for various meetings: Arrangement of seating, preparation of materials, setup of projectors and communication environments, etc., for various meetings
- Handling of congratulations and condolences: Comprehensive handling of incidents such as employee bereavements, including processing within company regulations and associated allowances
- Visa management: Comprehensive handling of necessary visas and residence permits, mainly for expatriates
- Company housing management: Comprehensive handling of tasks such as selection of housing for expatriates, negotiations/contracts with property owners, and move-in support
- Insurance management: Comprehensive management of various insurance contracts for stores, offices, and overseas business trips
- Employee management: Input and management of employee personnel information using the HR management system (to be handed over to the HR department)
- Mail management: Sorting and management of items delivered to the company
Salary: 9000~14000 (RM)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields).
- Over 5-10 years of experience in human resources.
- Over 3 years of management experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese preferred.
