  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re Hiring: Associate – Procurement

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about procurement?
Join a leading name in the transportation industry and play a vital role in ensuring smooth procurement operations!

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Contract: 3 months with PERSOLKELLY
Industry: Transportation
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute procurement activities for works, supplies, and services across company projects.
  • Facilitate and monitor the procurement process from pre-tender to award stage.
  • Prepare RFx documents for tendering in line with internal policies and best practices.
  • Lead project meetings, tender briefings, and site visits during the pre-award phase.
  • Collaborate with Contracts department for commercial evaluations of tender proposals.
  • Consolidate technical, financial, legal, and commercial evaluations.
  • Participate in clarification and negotiation meetings with vendors.
  • Generate purchase orders using SAP and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Contribute to special assignments beyond regular tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, project management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience using SAP, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Office is essential.
