  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re Hiring: Associate – Purchaser

Join a leading transportation player and make an impact in streamlining purchasing operations!

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Contract: 3 months with PERSOLKELLY
Industry: Transportation
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out procurement processes according to SOPs to meet company goals for quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Handle purchase requisitions in line with strategy (bidding, repeat orders, OEM, PGPA, direct negotiation).
  • Prepare vendor selection forms and quotations via SAP Ariba.
  • Manage bidding processes including sample requests, evaluations, site visits, and purchase order issuance.
  • Negotiate with vendors on pricing, timelines, warranty, and product lifecycle.
  • Track and ensure timely delivery; liaise with logistics on goods received.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure proper 5S compliance.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A Degree holder in Business Admin, Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and integrity in handling vendor relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Ariba.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
