We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Robotic & Automation Engineer/Trainer to join our team. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with training responsibilities, playing a critical part in the design, implementation, and teaching of robotic and automation systems. You will work with industrial robots, PLCs, sensors, and smart automation technologies while also delivering technical training to students, employees, or clients.

Key Responsibilities:Engineering & Technical Tasks

  • Design, develop, and implement robotic and automation systems for industrial and educational applications.
  • Integrate hardware and software components, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and vision systems.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and timelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest robotics and automation technologies and trends.

Training & Instruction

  • Develop and deliver structured training programs and workshops on robotics, PLC programming, industrial automation, and related technologies.
  • Train students or professionals on systems such as ABB, KUKA, FANUC, UR, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.
  • Prepare training manuals, materials, and assessments.
  • Support hands-on labs and simulations to reinforce learning.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in robotic/automation systems and at least 1 year of training or instructional experience (can overlap).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Programming and configuring industrial robots and PLCs.
  • Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD, simulation tools, or programming languages (e.g., Python, Ladder Logic, C/C++).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Passion for teaching and technology.
