  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibility:-

To Monitoring supplier performance and level up supplier quality standard.

Job Description:-

  • Develop new supplier quality by conducting remote or on-site supplier audit.
  • Support new product launches, ensuring supplier readiness and quality compliance.
  • Conduct supplier surveillance on-site audit to maintain or improve the existing supplier quality.
  • Lead the problem definition and problem solving through containment, identification of root cause and corrective action (8D, 5why analysis, fishbone, etc.) to verify the effectiveness of the action taken by supplier
  • Ensure supplier quality assurance plans in alignment with company standards and industry requirements such as ISO9001:2015 or IATF16949:2016.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM and quality outflow) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead supplier improvement initiatives and quality training sessions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier audits, quality issues, and resolution status.
  • Work with internal cross-functional, include Quality Control, Engineering, Production/ Production Control and Purchasing to resolve supplier quality issues which impact daily operations and customers.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in related field.

Required Skill(s):-

1. Familiar with Automotive Electronic manufacturing, Plating/ Chroming (nickel, chrome, zinc, etc.) or Injection molding.

2. Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 or other applicable standards.

3. Must be willing and able to travel domestic and oversea.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
