We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technology Integration Engineer with a passion for education and industry 4.0 technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that enhance teaching and learning experiences, while also facilitating the adoption of industry 4.0 practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, pedagogical understanding, and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Integration in Education:
  • Collaborate with educators and curriculum developers to identify technology needs and integrate relevant solutions into teaching and learning environments.
  • Design and implement technology-enhanced learning experiences, including virtual labs, simulations, and interactive learning platforms.
  • Provide technical support and training to educators on the effective use of educational technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new educational technologies and tools to enhance pedagogical practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and resources for technology integration in education.
  • Industry 4.0 Implementation:
  • Research and evaluate industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, robotics, cloud computing, and data analytics.
  • Design and implement proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs to demonstrate the application of industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to develop and deliver training programs on industry 4.0 skills.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to industry professionals on the implementation of industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry 4.0 trends and advancements.
  • System Design and Maintenance:
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable technology infrastructure to support educational and industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Conduct system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Manage and maintain technology inventory and documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including educators, industry professionals, and technical staff.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and workshops on technology integration and industry 4.0 topics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology integration, preferably in education or industry 4.0 settings.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing technology solutions for teaching and learning.
  • Experience with industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, robotics, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational platforms.
  • Experience with industrial control systems is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and industry 4.0.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC-UA, or MQTT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco).
  • Experience in developing and delivering online training programs.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.
