Description

  • Attend to customer on the delivery of Vacant Possession.
  • Attend to customers and handle customers’ complaints to ensure complaints are promptly addressed within the company’s service standards and on an immediate basis.
  • Responsible for the front office/counter customer service, collection and other related clerical & administration works.
  • Responsible for handling customers’ service for walk-in customers or phone calls enquiries from customers.
  • Ensure all documentation / report are filled, recorded and filed.
  • Carry out analysis on complaints received and recommend course of actions to minimize complaints and promote company's image.
  • Provide highest possible level of Customer Service in meeting customers' needs.

Qualification : * Diploma / Degree in Property Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related area within the property development industry or equivalent.
