  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

We’re looking for a motivated intern with a diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) to join our Reliability and Maintenance team. This hands-on internship will provide experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting projects to improve equipment reliability, gathering data, and working with experienced professionals to enhance safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and organize data on equipment performance and downtime. Help analyze failures to prevent future issues.

- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Assist in scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks, including vibration analysis and thermography. Learn to create SOP, WI, checklist and introduction to CMMS system.

-Equipment Monitoring: Support engineers in monitoring equipment to detect issues early. Maintain records of equipment condition and maintenance activities.

- Project Support: Help with reliability improvement projects to extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and enhance safety. Collaborate with other teams to improve reliability.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare basic reports and summaries on maintenance activities. Assist with presentations for team meetings.

This internship offers practical experience and the chance to work closely with skilled reliability engineers, helping to improve the performance of our operations.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Section 16 Shah Alam and possess own transportation
  • Min possesses Diploma or Degree qualification in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
  • Required language : Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good working attitude & Willing to learn

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
