  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Purpose

  • To create, modify, administer and control an effective and efficient Maintenance Reliability Program.
  • To record reliability information, performance deviations and corrective actions.
  • To administer the Extended Diversion Time Operations(EDTO) Program.

Key Accountability

  • Execute the delay, pirep and component alerts.
  • Maintain appropriate records for the alerting system.
  • Optimize the Aircraft Maintenance Programs.
  • Coordinate and participate in Maintenance Review Board meetings.
  • Coordinate and participate Fleet Technical Reliability meetings.
  • Administer and coordinate the Extended Diversion Time Operations (EDTO) Program.
  • Provide technical reliability data for the purpose of resolving any technical operational issues.
  • Liaise appropriately with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), Aircraft Manufactures ,
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), vendors and other operators.
  • To carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • Degree in engineering in related field with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Others - Appropriate Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) with 4 years of experience.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills and an ability to work proactively in a teamwork environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point); Knowledge in AMOS/Skywise is helpful.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to gather information, analyse and make decisions.

Key Challenges

  • Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
  • To ensure execution of Maintenance Reliability Program as stipulated in Maintenance Reliability Program Manual (MRPM).
  • To ensure MAB Extended Diversion Time Operations (EDTO) is administered as stipulated in EDTO Maintenance Procedures Manual (EMPM).
