Role Objective

  • Responsible for the company wide forecasting & planning, invoicing, delivering inventory availability as per sales/seasonal trend, promotional activities and/or new launches.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory for F&B Supply Chain, include raw material, trading items & finished good.
  • Evaluate & improving Forecast accuracy & Forecast bias via sales & inventory analysis & reports with establish key initiatives such as process optimization and/or continues improvement activities related to inventory management.
  • Manage S&OP to align forecasting, production capacity, inventory level to meet business objectives.
  • Manage inventory reporting to analyse potential opportunities and close the gap with actions that align with management.
  • Identifying & resolving inventory risks, with escalation to the Central Supply & Demand for decision making in case of stock shortages.
  • Monitor slow moving and potentially obsolete stocks and propose improvement actions for approval.
  • Determine ABC classification & calculate proposed safety stock settings to meet business IHD setting & storage shelf life by category.
  • Communicate product availability (including NPDs) vs demand to Customer to meet MENU launching on time.
  • Manage discounter by item and evaluate sales opportunities to analyse & propose selling price with business guideline to meet business objective.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, Ops to allocate healthier stock to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production to create efficient production schedules that account for demand fluctuation.
  • Manage stock DO, invoicing to customer on time and accurate to ensure assure supply while preventing stock shortage or gap.
  • Manage stock DO, invoicing to export & Horeca sales to ensure assure supply while meeting customer demand on time.
  • Manage stock replenishment & 3-way matching to meet healthier inventory level & working capital.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory, invoicing & PO placement activities.

Summary of Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate Diploma. A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant retail, F&B, FMCG, commercial experience with a focus on planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis and reporting required.
  • Min. 5-10 years' supervisory experience will be preferred.
  • Advance level of Excel skills will be preferred.
  • Highly responsive, with a strong sense of urgency paired with a definitive emphasis on problem solving.
  • Goal and result oriented, able to multi-task, performance driven, ability to adapt, learn quickly and work independently, self-motivated and good people management.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build strong working relationships at all levels, and good listener.
