Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Handle phone calls, emails, and assist with customer or client inquiries
- Support daily office operations and coordination
- Prepare simple reports and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage office supplies and maintain proper records
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
