Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and assist with customer or client inquiries
  • Support daily office operations and coordination
  • Prepare simple reports and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage office supplies and maintain proper records
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
