  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated management accounts and financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation, review, and management of the Group's budget and cash flow.
  • Analyze and report on key financial ratios for the Group.
  • Assess and manage risks related to Group liabilities and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements across the Group.
  • Liaise with auditors and relevant authorities to fulfill statutory and legislative obligations.
  • Oversee corporate and deferred tax compliance, including timely submission of tax returns and instalments.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting for management, Board, and stakeholders in line with statutory requirements.
  • Review subsidiaries’ management reports, perform monthly variance analysis, and provide financial performance commentary.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries across multiple countries.
  • Enhance and implement accounting policies, procedures, and automation to strengthen internal controls and improve finance operations, including consolidation processes.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
  • Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants (MICPA/MIA).
  • Solid technical expertise in IFRS and MFRS, including consolidation and statutory reporting.
  • Experience in a publicly listed company is an advantage.
  • High integrity and strong ethical standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and in teams within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
