  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 + Commission
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday Half Day)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: No 66, Jalan Pelabur 23/A, Seksyen 23, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Job Scope
1) Greet and engage with customers to understand their book preferences and needs
2) Recommend books based on interests, genres, and current market trends
3) Maintain solid knowledge of store inventory including new arrivals and bestsellers
4) Achieve personal sales targets and boost earnings through commission
5) Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate register records
6) Organize, stock, and display books to attract and engage customers
7) Assist in store promotions, special events, and book signings
8) Track personal sales for accurate commission tracking
9) Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for books, reading, and customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
