Job Description & Job Detail

Position: Senior Human Resources
Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: No. 113A-2, Jalan Prima SG 4, Prima Seri Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor

1) Lead end-to-end recruitment including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
2) Manage a centralized HRIS system, ensuring accurate and secure personnel records.
3) Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with company KPIs.
4) Analyze HR KPIs to improve recruitment efficiency, employee retention, and engagement.
5) Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and industry best practices.
6) Refine HR SOPs to increase process transparency, efficiency, and legal compliance.
7) Facilitate performance reviews and provide input on employee development and succession planning.
8) Promote a positive company culture by organizing engagement initiatives and driving core values.
9) Advise management on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with discretion.
10) Keep up with HR trends and regulatory updates, implementing strategic improvements as needed.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or senior HR role.
3) Strong understanding of HR laws, systems, and best practices.
4) Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
5) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6) Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data-driven HR reporting is an advantage.
