  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Job Details

Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,200

Working Days : Monday to Sunday, 1 Day Rest Day ( Tuesday or Wednesday)

Location : Wira Seafood, No 18 Jalan SG 1/10 Taman Sri Gombak

1) Oversee daily operations of the kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

2) Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints professionally, and

ensure customer satisfaction.

3) Lead and train kiosk staff on service standards, coffee preparation, and hygiene

practices.

4) Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize wastage.

5) Ensure all food and beverages meet quality and hygiene standards.

6) Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure proper

financial reporting.

7) Assist in promoting kiosk offerings, implementing sales strategies, and engaging

with customers to boost sales.

8) Ensure cleanliness, adhere to health regulations, and maintain a safe working

environment.

9) Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating

hours.

10) Address operational challenges, resolve issues promptly, and implement

improvements for kiosk efficiency.

11) Executing tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum 1 years of Experience in Barista
