  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: System Business Analyst

Job Scope / Position Summary

The System Business Analyst (System BA) is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing core system applications to ensure they meet the organization’s needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify system requirements, documenting processes, and working with technical teams to implement and enhance system solutions that support business operations and strategic goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system analysis and implementation.
  • Experience working with IT teams and technical stakeholders to deliver system solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with system documentation, requirements gathering, and process mapping.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of system analysis and design principles.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Polisy/M System insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • system analysis and design principles: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio: 1 year (Preferred)
  • project and time management skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Business Analyst: 1 year (Required)
