Competencies and Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
· ITIL Professional Qualification
· 6-8 years of experience of relevant banking background in Risk & Complaince application support for banking / financial institutions is preferred
Job Specification
Technical/Functional Skills
· Understanding of application support management, methods and tools.
· Technical background in Application IT infrastructure, Access management and IT Security.
· Familiar with Level 1, 2 and 3 support roles and responsibilities.
· Understanding of the Governance banking related businesses and technology.
· Incident, Problem and Change Management Practices
· Root Cause Analysis Practices
· Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Framework and Practices
· Diverse IT Operating Environment i.e. Windows, Unix and Linux
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Risk & Complaince application: 1 year (Required)
- ITIL: 1 year (Preferred)
