JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will oversee both the marketing and admissions departments, ensuring strategic alignment with the school’s enrolment targets. This role involves creating a fresh, engaging, and seamless admissions experience for both local and international students.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and drive student enrolment.
- Lead both digital and traditional marketing efforts, including managing social media channels, website content, and promotional materials.
- Supervise the entire admissions process, from handling enquiries to converting prospects into successful enrolments.
- Track and report on enrolment trends, conversion metrics, and the return on marketing investments.
- Plan, coordinate, and promote Open Days and other key school events.
- Arrange visits to churches including those of various denominations and para-church organizations within targeted school locations to promote the unique value of faith-based private education.
- Oversee international student admissions, including managing immigration documentation and providing applicant guidance throughout the process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Counselling, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Solid experience in marketing and admissions within an educational setting, with a proven record of increasing student enrolment in a competitive environment.
- Strong ability to assess the needs of parents and students and provide suitable guidance and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner when engaging with parents and students.
- Strong skills in planning, organization, coordination, presentation, and time management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Well-versed in social media, particularly Facebook and Instagram, with a strong grasp of current digital trends.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and market research techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Content Management Systems such as WordPress is beneficial.
