How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Market analysis on potential sites among malls/complex & shoplots, others and feasibility study to be presented to Management for approval. This includes running the future profit analysis to look into viability of commercial terms at said location.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for lease tenancy to turn around non-performing locations.
  • Tenancy agreement: Preparing and vetting through of Tenancy/Legal documents (This includes ensuring deposits related to the TA is paid in a timely manner)
  • Team members development: Guide and develop team members.
  • Responsible for job assignments from time to time.
  • Qualification : Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years working experiences in retail / leasing industry or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and good verbal communication skills, positive characteristics and familiar with current market conditions .
  • Capacity to write, interpret and assess lease agreements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
