Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR matters.
  • Promote employee understanding of company policies, HR procedures, and regulations.
  • Gather and organize necessary documentation for administrative hearings and evidence.
  • Collaborate with Operations to conduct performance reviews and coaching for underperforming employees to improve productivity and retention.
  • Facilitate communication and build relationships between HR, Delivery, and Support teams.
  • Communicate with Delivery and Department Heads about their specific challenges and develop strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in performance management reviews.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root causes of employee attrition and dissatisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; HR-related degree (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, HRM) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Familiarity with various HR functions (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and labor laws.
  • Understanding of DOLE, OSH, Labor Law/BWC, and government benefits/compliance.
  • Proficient in Discipline Management (SCM/NTE, NOD, PS).
  • Functional knowledge of Performance Management (Regularization Reviews, PIP, Annual Review).
  • Process-oriented with a history of process improvement.
  • Good understanding of BPO/IT industry standards.
  • Must speak, read and write Japanese fluently (Equivalent to Native/N1)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
