About the Role
Are you the go-to person when someone’s laptop breaks down? Always curious about how tech works — and how to fix it when it doesn’t? This is your chance to turn that knack into a full-time role.

You’ll be working with a global IT services provider, handling essential tech troubleshooting and upgrades at various client sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and repair IT equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, switches)
  • Perform basic hardware replacements and upgrades
  • Disassemble and reassemble devices (keyboards, monitors, disks, etc.)
  • Handle repair documentation and follow up on jobs
  • Escalate issues when required
