Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8 am to 5pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday / working on Saturday (Once a month only)

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent
  • Have accounting knowledge with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation and month-end closing.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle document filing, record-keeping

Job Scopes:

  • Issue invoices, official receipts, and manage stock records.
  • Check daily financial transactions and ensure accurate month-end closing.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accuracy.
  • Perform general administrative duties and office document management.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
