Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Manage overall IFX inhouse wafer test demand and allocation process in VRFC planning cycle according to Front-end manufacturing and test strategy
  • Provide professional guidance to other wafer test team-member
  • Drive capacity optimization between front-end sites considering capacity corridor constraints and financial aspects (e.g. Idle cost) to achieve optimum
  • Drive integration project, biz process harmonization and improvement, tool enhancement and data digitalization
  • Manage supply escalation (focus on PP), drive actions to optimize short-term capacity usage in Wafer Test. DIV interface for operational issues,
  • Prepare proactively scenarios and TCR/LTCR optimization with OPC team and TTI. Align decision proposals with people on different management levels
  • Align and document planning premises for Min Max / LTCR planning:
  • Generate tester demand and invest per site based on Min Max
  • consolidation of FE supply planning, TTI and Finance interface and drive execution platform & location roadmap, manufacturing strategy
  • Productivity Improvements ( YoY ratio) read-out of plan result with stakeholder management, define measure to mitigate supply gaps, invest and potential area constrains


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of assembly and Wafer Test operations, Logistics and Materials Planning
  • Analytical, excellent planning and delivery skills
  • Effective writing and communicate skills and able to interact with all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to manage multicultural team’s in different sites and cluster functions
  • Experience in problem solving techniques
  • Fluent English skills
