Senior Contract Executive
1. Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, cost estimates, and budget planning; submit tenders within specified deadlines and attend tender interviews as needed.
2. Handle monthly progress claims, manage variation orders, finalize accounts, and prepare payment certificates for projects.
3. Draft and issue Letters of Award/Appointment for subcontractors.
4. Source, negotiate, and shortlist subcontractors and suppliers for current and upcoming projects.
5. Attend site meetings, perform site valuations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Maintain thorough records of contract documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
7. Prepare monthly progress reports and support final account documentation.
8. Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and project efficiency.
9. Mentor and guide junior contract executives, fostering knowledge-sharing and team development.
10. Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
