  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software development tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining a focus on quality, scalability, and performance standards.
  • Works on solving specific problems and implementing solutions as directed.
  • Continuously improve technical processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • To ensure collaboration within teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and success.
  • Ensures the availability of technical documentation for the software maintained by the team.
  • Provide support in resolving customer issues within the SLA and identifying root causes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in similar role is required for this position.
  • Strong understanding of Git.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading software projects or teams.
  • Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to improve product performance and scalability.
  • Preferably knowledge on ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCIDSS, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27005, or ISMS.
  • ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).
  • Experience in fuel retail or POS industries.

Section Requirements

- Cloud Engineering

  • Working knowledge in web development and backend languages such as Typescript, PHP or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Good understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies and best practices.
  • Preferred certifications; AWS Cloud Practitioner

- Hub Engineering

  • Working knowledge in backend languages such as Typescript.
  • Good understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local networking protocols, hardware interfacing, and device integration.
  • Preferred certifications; Docker Certified Associate or CompTIA Tech+ or equivalent

- Mobile Engineering

  • Working knowledge in mobile development languages such as Swift or Flutter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
