- To lead staff recruitment process including background and reference checking.
- To maintain HR related documentation.
- To lead on training coordination such as sourcing, application and apply training grant.
- To maintain leave, sick and overtime reports.
- To manage on onboarding and orientation process.
- To manage on handling of staff Insurance related issues.
- To manage Foreign Workers’ welfare, permit renewal and passport renewal.
- To assist on payroll support.
- To assist in handling of Industrial Relation and disciplinary related issue.
- To undertake both manual and online statutory reporting.
- To liaise with all Government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
- To maintain and regularly update the master database of each employee.
- To assist in implementing and maintaining HR procedures and policies, rules and regulations compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy.
- To assist on administrative duties which include but not limited to stationery, bookings, pantry items, access cards.
- To assist with the renewal of company license and other memberships and all administrative arrangements
- To assist on air ticket and hotel arrangements for employees
- To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
