- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation techniques, and sushi ingredient
- Exceptional knife skills for slicing, cutting, and preparing fish and other ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Ability to work effectively with other members of the kitchen staff
- Ability to develop unique sushi creations and menu items.
