We’re expanding our regional footprint across APAC and looking for a visionary, strategic, and action-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the way. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling Meraque’s presence across Asia Pacific. You will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities, creating strong regional partnerships, and bringing our innovative drone and robotic solutions to life across key industries. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading sales strategy and business development initiatives in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Identifying and securing new business opportunities across sectors including agriculture, warehouse & logistics, events, and automotive part manufacturing. Building strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders. Developing and executing market expansion plans for our drone and robotics solutions. Coordinating closely with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure client success. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying growth gaps in the region. Representing Meraque at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We're seeking someone with the drive of a pioneer and the discipline of a strategist. You should have: Minimum 5 years of experience in regional sales, business development, or related roles—preferably in technology, automation, or robotics-based industries. Proven track record of initiating and expanding business in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Strong understanding of sales pipelines, B2B solutions, and long-cycle enterprise sales. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Passionate about technology, innovation, and making a meaningful impact. Ability to travel across the region as required. WHY JOIN MERAQUE?
