You’ll work as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders, deeply understanding technical needs and proactively mapping the talent landscape. You’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing high-caliber candidates across engineering, data, product, and design, while continuously refining our sourcing playbook. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business—perfect for someone who thrives on influence, insight, and building relationships with world-class talent. What You’ll Do: • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals • Own end-to-end sourcing for complex or senior-level technical roles, including talent mapping and competitive intelligence • Develop tailored outreach strategies that prioritize personalization, candidate experience, and diversity • Build deep pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future roles across engineering, data science, infrastructure, and more • Utilize advanced sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Gem, X-ray/Boolean search) • Analyze market data and trends to advise on talent availability, compensation, and sourcing strategy What We’re Looking For: • 6+ years of experience in sourcing ideally within high-growth tech or startup environments • Proven ability to source for hard-to-fill or senior-level technical roles (e.g., Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data Leads) • Expertise in building and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies • A passion for market research, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tech/tools • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging sourcing metrics to drive decisions • A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring Bonus Points For: • Experience supporting international sourcing efforts • Familiarity with modern ATS/CRM platforms • Experience building sourcing operations or scalable outreach frameworks from scratch
